3-2 Terms and Conditions for Submitting Videos

Participants must submit videos according to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. During this Program, complete the application by entering the required information on the "Application Page” in the Creators Program's website.
2. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during application, as requests to alter changes after the application will not be accepted.
3. Original video contents created by the participant must be published on the corresponding platform channel, YouTube and/or TikTok, in which the content must be related to “Brazen Blaze” (e.g., game videos, character cosplay videos, etc.), and must include in-game footage from “Brazen Blaze” within the video.
4. >Enter the URL and number of views of the submitted video and submit the form received upon application.
5. >Videos submitted by Participants according to the following rules depending on their submission platforms will be qualified for the screening process from The Office.

YouTube

• Participants must be at least 13 years old by April 23, 2024 (PT).
• Video must be submitted after April 23, 2024 (PT).
• Length of the video must be at least 61 seconds.
• The title must include “Brazen Blaze”, and the description of the video must include hashtag "#BrazenVR". The hashtags must be fully recognizable to meet the eligibility requirements.

TikTok

• Participants must be at least 13 years old by April 23, 2024 (PT).
• Video must be submitted after April 23, 2024 (PT).
• The title must include “Brazen Blaze”, and the summary of the video must include hashtag "#BrazenVR". The hashtags must be fully recognizable to meet the eligibility requirements.

As for the event category, Participants must conduct at least one event according to the following Terms and Conditions to qualify.

1. During this Program, complete the application by entering the required information on the "Application Page” in the Creators Program's website.
   Participants must provide accurate and complete information during application, as requests to alter changes after the application will not be accepted.
2. Participants must conduct an event which is related to Brazen Blaze.
3. Enter the URL regarding your event and the number of participants for the event and submit the form received upon application.
4. Events conducted by Participants according to the following rules will be qualified for the screening process from The Office.
   • Conducted events must be related to the participation in the Open Beta Test or gameplay of Brazen Blaze.

3-3 Disqualification

Regardless of categories, entries containing the following content may be excluded from the screening process and disqualified from this Program.

• Content that violates “Brazen Blaze” terms of use
• Any content that infringes the intellectual property rights (including ownership and copyright), honor, reputation, privacy, or other rights of the sponsor, MyDearest, Inc., The Office staff or any other third party, or damages the image and interests of "Brazen Blaze".
• Content that is in breach of applicable laws and public order and morals.
• Events held prior to April 4, 2024 (PT).
• Content that does not meet the Terms and Conditions (e.g., events that are not related to playing Brazen Blaze, events out of the application period, incorrect title, etc.)
• Other works deemed inappropriate by The Office.

4. Rewards Specification

4-1 Rewards

If the Participant’s content satisfies all Terms and Conditions and qualifies for the prize, The Office will contact Participants to confirm their prizes.

Each participant will receive one of the following rewards based on the contents they created.

4-2 Video Category

Reward Rules

A cash reward will be granted based on the number of views of the submitted video(s). There are two categories: "YouTube Category" and "TikTok Category”.

Eligible Participants: All Participants who have posted videos on YouTube or TikTok.

Eligible video: Videos with the hashtag and "#BrazenVR" and “Brazen Blaze” in the title, which is posted between April 23, 2024, at 0:00 and June 30, 2024, at 23:59 (PT).

Rewards delivery: After this Program concludes, The Office will tally the number of views or likes of all eligible videos. When the result is out, the prize recipients will be contacted individually.

Reward Details

-YouTube Category
10 USD for every 1,000 views
Maximum reward for this category will be 500 USD per Participant, regardless of the number of videos posted.

TikTok Category
10 USD for every 50 "Likes"
Maximum reward for this category will be 500 USD per Participant, regardless of the number of videos posted.

4-3 Event Category

Reward Rules

Rewards will be granted after The Office screens the event(s) conducted.

Eligible Participants: All participants who have conducted event(s) related to Brazen Blaze.

Eligible Events: Events related to Brazen Blaze that were held from April 23, 2024, 0:00 to June 30, 2024, 23:59 (PT)

Rewards delivery: After this Program concludes, The Office will review all eligible events and announce the result. Prize recipients will be contacted individually.

Reward Details

Up to $1500 for eligible event.

4-4 Notes Regarding Cash Prize

If the number of video views/likes is lower than the specified number due to deletion of posted video(s) or deletion of account(s) during official calculations, the views/likes of these video(s) will be excluded from the calculation.

4-5 Prohibition Regulations Regarding the Number of Views and/or Likes

If any video submitted to this program uses TikTok ads, X ads, YouTube ads, or similar advertising tools to acquire views, or any other method deemed by The Office engaging in fraudulent behavior by any means, the Participant who posted the video will be immediately disqualified. Fraudulent behavior also includes offering money, goods, or other items that bring market value or equivalent.

Additionally, The Office will conduct various investigations into submitted videos. If the number of views or likes of any submitted video is determined to be clearly altered, said Participants would be disqualified from this Program.

4-6 Result Announcement

No inquiries regarding the results will be accepted or challenged.

4-7 Rewards Redemption

Participants who have won cash rewards for This Program will be contacted individually by The Office to confirm their intent to claim rewards. Rewards will be provided in the form of PayPal, cash transfer, Amazon gift card, Steam store card or Meta store card. The method of granting rewards will be determined at the Company's discretion, and you will be required to create an account to receive PayPal or any other form of gift card.

Failure to reply to The Office within 48 hours will be considered a waiver of entitlement to the rewards, thus the reward would be voided.

5. Copyrights Regarding Submitted Contents

The Office retains the intellectual property rights to all trademarks, designs, characters, and other copyrighted material contained in the games produced by MyDearest, Inc. Participants may not use or permit others to use the above intellectual property rights or the name, trademarks, images, and logos of The Office and organizer for any purpose other than to participate in this Program, without obtaining prior contractual consent from The Office.

Under Articles 27 and 28 of the Japanese Copyright Act, the copyrights for the videos submitted through this Program belong to the Participant. Participants agree that their submitted videos, summary descriptions in their submitted videos, all or part of their YouTube, X, TikTok usernames, and channel icons in their submitted videos may be used on special sites, in-games, and official SNS accounts (X, YouTube, Facebook, etc.), web advertising media, and other media operated by the The Office and MyDearest, Inc.

The content may also be adapted, altered, or edited in part.

6. Disclaimer

1. In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as network malfunction, unauthorized server access, or natural disasters, this Program may be postponed, suspended, or canceled, and the cash prize may not be paid. In the event of such force majeure, The Office shall not be liable to any Participants and shall not accept any claims for payment of expenses incurred for participating in this Program.
2. The Office shall not be liable for any damage or disadvantage caused by the Participant's violation of these rules, or any trouble occurs between Participants, unless the organizer bears a heavy responsibility for such violation.
3. The Office is not responsible for the disqualification of any Participants due to violation of these rules or misconduct. The Office also reserves the right to determine if a Participant is in breach of these rules and to pursue further actions against fraud.

7. Privacy Notice

Personal data provided by Participants will be processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" (https://mydearestvr.com/en/privacypolicy/) on the "Brazen Blaze" promotion website. Participants agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with these rules and the relevant "Privacy Policy".

Other Notice

1. The Office reserves the right to amend these rules without prior notice.
2. Any changes to the program rules will be notified on the official website of this Program and will take effect at that time.
