We had a tour around worlds that VRChat beginners can enjoy!
Hi, BUSSAN from VR Communicator here. VRChat is one of the most popular Social VR in the world today. A lot of MyDearest members have started playing VRChat in 2022, VRMAN being one of them. However, most of the newer players were lost on which worlds they should visit first. So we asked Takumi, a VTuber who has hosted many VRChat tours for companies, to take us on a tour of "Worlds that VRChat beginners can enjoy"! VR Communicator members VRMAN and K enjoyed the tour a lot, we hope this article will come in handy for your VRChat explorations too!

Let me introduce the members that went on this tour first. The one on the right with red clothes is Takumi, the cat in the middle is VRMAN, and the one on the left is K.
The first world Takumi took us to was an ocean world. I'm writing this article in January, but you can always enjoy the summer sea in VRChat. The world name is "DeepBlue", and is made by world creator fins. This world can is only accessible with PCVR.

Takumi changed into a swimsuit. Let's dive in!
And into the sea! You can either use the analog stick or paddle with your hands to swim. Many forms of marine life can be seen, like fish and stingrays. It would be quite difficult to come this close to these creatures in the real world, but it's super easy in VRChat.
We also saw a huge whale! A magnificent view.
VRMAN and K started drinking beer in the water! The world has a beer keg where you can drink virtual beer, but you can also bring it into the water and drink while you swim. The summer ocean in winter, and drunk swimming. Will surely be a memorable experience for VRChat beginners too.

I was born in a small town by the sea, and it has always been a big part of my childhood. In elementary school, I was made to swim 2 kilometers. I still remember how good the juice tasted after all the swimming.

Experience the wilderness in "Rocky Mountain Park"

The next world Takumi took us was "Rocky Mountain Park" where you can experience the wilderness and watch wild animals. This world is only accessible with PCVR. nprowler is the creator of this world, and you can enjoy many outdoor activities here.
As soon as we arrived, VRMAN grabbed an eagle and flew away...!
There is a gimmick in this world where you can use eagles to glide across the mountains.
This is a spot where you can play "stone skipping". You can pick up a rock on the shore and throw it at the river to enjoy some good old stone skipping. Reminds me of my childhood days.
There are boats placed in the world, and you can enjoy rafting with your friends. We decided to go rafting ourselves.

I wasn't able to take any good pictures, but the rafting was very exciting! The boat moves really fast in rapid currents, and I was almost scared that the boat would topple over at certain points (people who get VR motion sickness may want to avoid the rafting). The great wilderness you can enjoy from the comfort of your home, a must-visit if you're new to VRChat!

"Rocky Mountain Park" provided surprises around every corner.
The grizzly bear we saw during the rafting was terrifying, but what I remember the most was the moose.
Reminded me of the scene in "Stand By Me" where the protagonists met the deer.
Making hamburgers on the moon in "MOS BURGER ON THE MOON"

The third world we visited was "MOS BURGER ON THE MOON" which is by the fast food restaurant Mos Burger. This world is accessible from both PCVR and Quest. Sudden change of environment from the wilderness to outer space...! As you can see from the photo this world is set in space, so the gravity is weaker than on Earth, allowing you to jump really high.
In this world, you can experience making hamburgers! (But in low gravity.)
Takumi gave us a tutorial on how to make delicious burgers!
A hamburger made in a blink of an eye...! Takumi was actually working as a staff in this world for a Mos Burger event. Truly a work of a pro.

We introduced only the store, but there are other interesting things in this world like rabbits hopping around the moon surface to deliver burgers. As of 2023, this world is the only place you can eat burgers on the moon!

I just love Mos Burger.
Especially the fries. Even when I buy them to eat at home, I can't stop myself from eating the fries in the car. And they're usually gone by the time I get home. That's how much I love Mos Burger. So please Mos Burger, let us do promotion for you!

The fourth world we went to was "ENJOYǃ Campfire", where you can enjoy a nice campfire.This world is accessible from both PCVR and Quest. You may have noticed the world is quite dark in the photo. The reason for this is...
You need to light your own campfire! So VRMAN tries to light his first virtual campfire...!
With Takumi's help, VRMAN lights a match and ignites a pine cone as a fire starter.
Fire successfully started! Then we picked up sticks scattered around the world to feed to the fire.
Marshmallows, fish, and beer are available in this world, and you can cook the marshmallows and fish on the fire you built. You can also boil water to make coffee. You can practically do everything you'd want to do with a campfire.
It's a bit hard to see, but this is a fish being cooked on a stick. When it's properly cooked, the fish will start to emit steam. The little details make the virtual cooking experience fun!
Talking and drinking around the fire... It's wonderful that you can do this from your home, any time you want. We spent a good deal of time chatting.
VRMAN seems content with the experience.

It is said that if you spend time with people around the fire, you can deepen your relationship with them. I suppose it's in our DNA that fire makes us relaxed.
I feel closer to Takumi after talking in this world too.

Play endless tower defense in "Super Tower Defense"

Cars will come out of the garage (1), so you'll need to place weapons to destroy them (2) to protect the tower of hearts (3).
Cars will come flowing out from the garage. If you don't destroy them, they will attack your tower and you will receive damage.
To destroy them, you will need to set weapons on the field. The weapons attack the cars automatically, so there is no need for the players to aim and shoot.
You will gain money when you destroy the cars, so you can buy new weapons with that gained money. You can also upgrade weapons.
When you destroy all the cars in a WAVE, you can move on to the next WAVE!
VRMAN and K got hooked on this game....
Look at the amount of cars and weapons!
They went as far as WAVE 58...! An hour and a half went by before we knew it...!
The good part about this game is that all you need to do is set the weapons on the ground, so there is no risk of motion sickness. The rule is simple and easy to understand, and the difficulty curve is just right. We all visited this world for the first time, but fell in love with the game instantly. We would recommend it to all VRChat players, beginners and experts alike.

A.K.A "Time melting world".
This world feels like it should be a paid game on its own. I was planning to only stay for half an hour, but ended up playing for almost two hours...
This is a dangerous world for people who have a limited amount of time in VRChat. (For those who don't, this is the perfect world!)
We had tons of fun in all the world Takumi took us to, and we all agreed that all 5 worlds can be recommended to VRChat beginners. Even if you are an experienced VRChat player, you would definitely enjoy these worlds if you haven't visited them already. We hope this article will make your daily life in VRChat a little better!
